Can't delete users in proftpd admin

All resolved for me. I didn't see that the project updated support for mysqli so I just redeployed with latest master using mysqli / php7.2 and all is well.

Setting up mysql not obvious. Docs not clear.

Not clear on the resolution here. I'm using the latest image and it still ignores the db I specify in the DATABASE_URL. Should I open a separate issue?
