This [built-in Policy](https://www.azadvertizer.net/azpolicyadvertizer_all.html?policyId=86a912f6-9a06-4e26-b447-11b16ba8659f) seems to flag databases in Synapse Workspace managed resource groups as non-compliant. Remediation fails, since it's a managed RG.
