I don't know if this is possible, but maybe add a check which inputs are going to be used in a target before updating the playlist and only update those?...

I'm not experiencing this issue. I've got two Tuliprox instances running in Docker. Both are online >5 days, both get scheduled updates twice a day. One TP instance is idling...
