I'm not sure what you are asking for - Seems live you've written the redirect you need, so are you asking for the tool to do this?

The tool doesn't generate generic rules, only specific rules.

That'd be easy enough, I'm genuinely curious why you'd want a 302 in your htaccess however.

I've created a small fix #11 to just that - error on scheme change. I think I'm going to sleep on it though.
