Best workaround for me was to ditch the extension and create separate desktop application files for each profile.

Same issue Fedora 37, installed through `dnf`, any Firefox version above 106.0.4 doesn't works.

Can confirm same issue with latest version of Firefox in Fedora Linux (Version 110.0)

Seems to be a bug with latests Firefox versions, 106.0.4 did work

Having the same issue on Fedora, KDE Plasma version is 5.27.4
