The keycloak entitlement endpoint was removed (see [changelog](https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-documentation/blob/de6c61ca7b76c8f16e913090001bb30a12f7cf3b/upgrading/topics/rhsso/changes-73.adoc). Add at least a deprecation error when the endpoint is not reachable.

Currently, the documentation on k8 setup is very sparse. Setting up the cron-job via `kubectl apply -f k8s-job.yaml` is very hard because there is no chance to enter the token....
