Reproduces with .NET runtime as well.
The other odd thing I see is that sometimes there are duplicates, but not always. As @Dan-Bai says; occasionally. 
I am able to reproduce. Using Electron version 2.1.2 and then enabling 'Early Adopters` setting.
I also tested by uninstalling v2.1.2 and ensuring install directory was empty.
