I can confirm this is not working in Emulator, Web Chat, Test in Web Chat or Composer's Web Chat. Although it does work in MS Teams. Looks like a bug....
Emulator and Composer give an empty response:  Web Chat and Test in Web Chat give a friendly error: 
I am able to reproduce the same after clicking `Sign in with Azure`. 
Hi @HemantTiwariGitHub What version of the SDK does the problem reproduce with? I just tested with `v4.18.1` and then upgraded to `v4.22.1` and both worked. This was with version `4.14.1`...
