host-gateway was added in docker 20.10.0 apparently. Older versions of docker won't be able to run the spiceai container (confirmed in a linux system running 19.x) The two possible approaches...

Now we are only ignoring .git but may be useful to ignore other bower, node_modules, .settings...

Right now we use a different string when showing differences between 0 and another value, we should display the info separately from the percentage results
