This attribute was added in the schema of the 3rd revision of ISO Schematron.

Per specification, a missing @queryBinding attribute indicates XSLT 1.0 query binding. A compiler option ```schxslt.compile.default-query-binding``` could be used to override this default.

Adding '/../' to the document URI does not seem to work with subordinate documents in the file system. I.e. https://github.com/Schematron/schematron-test/pull/2 fails. fn:resolve-uri() also takes care of absolute URIs.
