Ethernet stopped working on my hackintosh. Tried [resetting](https://www.makeuseof.com/mac-network-settings-how-to-reset/) network to no avail. Ethernet restored after uninstalling Lulu.

As I understand it (dimly), Lulu accumulates filtering rules over time. I know Lulu differentiates between system processes and user-space apps but I wonder if this could be an outcome...
