Same issue here Fixed by disabling "Extend Executable Code"
Hopping on the train of wanting this feature. All I'd need/want is an option in the panel settings to show the panel on all monitors instead of just the primary....

Same here on Ubuntu Budgie. Thought it was just my multi-monitor configuration causing issues.
