Change anypb.Any to emptypb.Empty (thanks @danw for the fix)

Is this fix from anypb to emptypb will be merged to main branch. If fixes the invalid utf-8 error when response is received from grpc-proxy

src.RecvMsg(f) that in handler.forwardClientToServer product rpc error: code = Internal desc = grpc: failed to unmarshal the received message string field contains invalid UTF-8

Using Empty solving the same issue in my use case also. Is there reason why this PR request is still open and not merged to main ?
