Encrypted images does not match `record.media_type.startsWith("image")`. An admin can not read encrypted images. e.g.

IMO during creation of this PR was the master broken. Perhaps it is only necessary to merge current master into this branch.
Is there a plan for the 2nd DeleteButton.? https://github.com/Awesome-Technologies/synapse-admin/blob/40d0813898bccb30f00e585718176be8e4821bbe/src/components/rooms.js#L314-L319 At the moment have both buttons (list and detail view) the same function.
