fix: when failed to request comments, the reply form disappears

Hi, I just found that the whole widget disappeared if the request of `/api/open/comments` failed which I think maybe it's better just hiding the comments.

When I import data from disqus, it shows Something went wrong

I download Disqus comments backup from https://my-domain.disqus.com/admin/discussions/export/ . Then update the `my-domain-2023-05-05T23_11_43.587573-all.xml.gz` file via `Import from Disqus` feature. After awhile, it shows > Something went wrong Help wanted.
