When I import data from disqus, it shows Something went wrong

I download Disqus comments backup from https://my-domain.disqus.com/admin/discussions/export/ .

Then update the my-domain-2023-05-05T23_11_43.587573-all.xml.gz file via Import from Disqus feature. After awhile, it shows

Something went wrong

Help wanted.
