Oh, that's interesting, CodeceptJS 3.7 introduced `codeceptjs/effects` ([link](https://codecept.io/changelog/#%F0%9F%94%AE-effects-introduced))! Which is supposed to move `tryTo` and `retryTo` from **plugins** to a single **module**.
