Hi @hughsie I was facing the exact same issue. I read about the thought relation to snap so I removed fwupd from snap and installed it with apt. Same result....

OK I removed snap package and installed it back from apt (purged also /etc/fwupd before) Now by default I get: ``` $ sudo fwupdtool refresh $ sudo fwupdtool get-devices ......
