Unfortunately rocksdb won't build on arm64 with gcc 9.4.0 which is what's shipped in 20.04 focal. That's fine for now we still ship with 18.04 but it could be troublesome...

@hanssv I guess the "nonce too high" error can bit improved a bit by saying what's the current/expected nonce

Released in https://github.com/erlang/rebar3/releases/tag/3.19.0 however, it seems it does not support OTP 22 so we might need to move forward as well

Deploy.sh is meant for interactive human usage. I guess updating CI is the best approach.

@thepiwo I believe all related PRs has been merged already. Could you please bring this up-to-date (i.e. correct commit shas) and remove the docker stuff, I'm working in another branch...
