sudo python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000

when I run sudo python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000, I get the error: ....... django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: The SECRET_KEY setting must not be empty. how to solve it? thanks
