Hangs after return from sleep in macOS

After return from sleep in macOS, app is not responsive, no sound, no activity. Only way to exit is `killall somafm mplayer`

Error loading nebulus

Tried to load [nebulus](https://carlc27843.itch.io/nebulus) on miyoo mini. Got ``` error loading cart lua: [string "if(stat"11"!=4)stop"error: ..."]:b: malformed number near `1e` ```

Module idea: Remote control

Like CV-MAP but in grid layout and instead of external signal show knob for each mapped parameter. Inspired by Bitwig Remote Control 

In OSX Nulloy don't respect system Output Device.

If you try to change "Output Device" in OSX setting, Nulloy will keep using old output device until app restart.
