Feature Request: 2nd VE table below TPS value

Using the secondary table that's already there would solve this though it seems it can only be used if a property is higher. I guess that would change this feature...

From the streams it appears that there will just be an output sending a signal about knock, all the processing done with a 328p+knock specific IC.

Feature request : piggyback decoder for fuel only....all corrections at 100% except EGO and ignore injEndAngle. injStartAngle trigger with falling edge. This can be done for 1-2 cylinders and use the crank and cam trigger inputs. For 4 cylinders must use 2 other interrupt pins. This would be very useful for a lot of cars and for bikes without the need of looking for dead times and voltage corrections.
