I have got the same problem with a trv type: Bosch II (https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/BTH-RA.html)

For Skyconnect: I was able to flash the firmware linked by wastez (https://github.com/darkxst/silabs-firmware-builder/blob/main/firmware_builds/skyconnect/ncp-uart-hw-v7.4.2.0-skyconnect-115200.gbl) simply by downloading and using in the official web flash tool (https://skyconnect.home-assistant.io/firmware-update/). Worked like a charm.

I got this error (for the first time) after upgrade to 1.35.01. my hardware is skyconnect, multipan firmwore on ha supervised/vmware. Reverted to prior version, what worked
