Add support for adding text to linkedin and Facebook shares

Linkedin support adding text when sharing a link by using the `text` param. i.e.: https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?url=http%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%3A8000%2F&text=Example! This issue is about adding support to it.

Pre-load the text of the link to be shared using Linkedin. Not sure how to add test for this kind of modification. Please tell me if there is a way...
