Impossible upgrade OmniAuth to v2

Is not possible to upgrade to last version of `omniauth` gem which is v2.0.1 at the moment (FYI https://rubygems.org/gems/omniauth) Since there is this dependency: https://github.com/realdoug/omniauth-salesforce/blob/master/omniauth-salesforce.gemspec#L18 Please support this upgrade.

Can't use the variables defined in AWS OpsWorks console

Now in AWS is possible to define environment variables directly inside the AWS OpsWorks console. To do that we have to go to "Apps" section and click on the actions...
