Selected apps are indeed prioritized (cfr. #1172). But all apps in the screenshot are selected, and within this range, the sort order is not correct (10223 - 1010137 - 10146...
No improvement after swipe (screenshot showing another part of my app list). Also no difference when switching to sort "By name (default)" and back to "By UID".
