terminology idea?
tracy teal pointed me towards the term "playbook", https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/user_guide/playbooks.html - maybe we could say eel pond (or elvers, or whatever we call it) is a "playbook" for RNAseq processing.
(or, is a set of playbooks; instead of talking about workflow systems, which is going to get confusing once you say well we're building a workflow system on top of snakemake, which is itself a workflow system)
