BUSCO Install wish for v1.0

Camille,

I'd like to make a request that ANY version of BUSCO be acceptable. I know this is a PITA the way the py scripts in BUSCO 1.x are named. A much improved BUSCO 2.x is about the be released, which changes the executable name to a friendlier BUSCO.py. Also, some people install BUSCO via linuxbrew, and there the executable is busco. So.. it's painful all around..

What you think?

I think I can make that happen. We'll see how much the output is changed for 2.x; I might end up just forcing people to upgrade. Can you point me somewhere with info on the upcoming release, or is this via private conversations?

So, BUSCO v3 is the current version now. The links to v1 are all dead too. Any way to get around this?
