script killed at fasta-annotate step

Hi Camille!

In a sick twist of fate, I've finally gotten dammit to work (mostly) in a conda virtual environment. However, I am now receiving this error [I think] at the very end. I can't seem to track down the issue, but it shouldn't be RAM or drive space related... have you seen this before?

System info: UBUNTU 16.04, 48 threads, and 128 Gb RAM, in a conda environment. Problem persists no matter how many threads are assigned, upon restarting from scratch, and across datasets.

Also, this error doesn't occur when annotating the test dataset.

" * Python: function get_shmlast_gff3_task.cmd

  • [ ] gff3-merge:Xantusia_eye_transcripts_fpkm_1.fasta.dammit.gff3: [REDACTED]
  • [ ] fasta-annotate:/[PATH-TO-FASTA].fasta.dammit.fasta:
    • Python: function get_annotate_fasta_task.annotate_fasta Killed"

I may just do a manual work around, but I thought I'd check in. Thanks again! Best, bjp
