I followed this file https://github.com/lhncbc/SemRep/blob/master/specialist/SAW/doc/Local_SemRep_compilation.pdf but none of the command working. I wanted to regenerate the new Binary file of Semrep Predication. 

After installing semrep when I am running it for Test. It is giving error. I downloaded semrep file from https://lhncbc.nlm.nih.gov/ii/tools/SemRep_SemMedDB_SKR/SemRep_download.html  SAWenv ../src/a.out.Linux -SDFy --negex_st_set ALL test.ml test.ml.SDFy.TEST.OUT ./runTest_v1.8.sh: 82:...

And normally its giving relation between Entities but its not giving relation between GENE like  its not giving relation between Genes 'Spc24p' , 'Spc25p' , 'Ndc80p', 'Nuf2p'.
