To be clear, my thought is that the default behavior could be changed to auto-set the `fromdate` to the day after the most recent value in garmin connect.

I was looking at QMK and came across the [WASDat hardware target](https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/tree/master/keyboards/maartenwut/wasdat_code). If only the HW were also open!
