Add support for loading PHA filament

colorFabb has released allPHA, with 190-200C printing temp and a cooled heat bed: https://colorfabb.com/allpha-natural

This adds support for loading it in the menu.

@dhiltonp thank you for your PR. We'll consider merging it after polishing the huge features we are working on right now. The technical reason for that is the fact, that each preset (menu line) takes some considerable amount code size which we may need for something else.

There's a trivial conflict, however checking now this takes +50B of flash.

I really wish we had a more efficient menu system.. :/
