Customizing Nudge settings is something that existing Nudge users want to do as they adopt Fleet. For example, with [this profile](https://github.com/macadmins/nudge/blob/main/Example%20Assets/com.github.macadmins.Nudge.mobileconfig), I can tune specific settings around logo placement, etc....

@noahtalerman the problem is that if a user wanted to apply a label 1:1 with a "person", they cannot do that with the above approach.
