architecture: Decouple the list of classes to be blurred in a separate JSON file.

You can store the classes to be blurred in a separate JSON file. - This can potentially ease the process of updating/adding newer classes of elements to be blurred.

enhancement: Try and blur `@mentions` in the messages.

Enhancement: Convert markup into semantic HTML

The source code is pretty much filled with non-semantic markup. Need to use proper semantic tags for example ````, ```` wherever appropriate.
