Add joystick controller based on nipple js

This pull request will possible rosboard to publish the "/cmd_vel" topic.

Thank you! I was meaning to implement a more general Publisher infrastructure and then do a joystick on top of that, since there may be robots that need to publish things other than /cmd_vel
. I'll look into this.
Are there users of rosboard who are actively using a fork of it to joystick their robots? Would love to hear input.
Looks really good! I will try this recently and give some feedback.
@dheera it is quite useful, I also think that it could be improved by adding another "joystick" so you can control omniwheel robots, too.
About /cmd_vel
topic, I think it could be possible to add the list of required topics as a parameter or scan all twist_msgs topics by looking all subscribers node.

Hi @surpace0924! This joystick feature is really awesome. Unfortunately automatic merge is not possible now.
Do you think you could adjust your code to make it compatible again?
