Bad package in npm repository

Back references still in `npm` packages. To avoid problem I need to install using ``` npm install 'xcambar/halbert' ``` pls update npm repo.

A good feature can be a autocomplete in bash. ``` bash $ stepup ➜➜ # version init changelog notes help $ stepup notes ➜➜ # show add remove help ```

Change config after load defaultConfigs

Its not possible join configurations on will.js, so, its better have a way to do it. Solving problem with above code. Its not the best way but solves for time....
