feat(command) adds a command to place the systemd service file in the right location

Fix(tmux): better tmux session handling for multiple instance on same server / user session

Caution needs to happen with tmux changes. Problems have occurred before. I will need to review and test :)

this is a good point. I cant see a specific way to bind to a port on sdtd. in which case the IP variable may only be useful for monitor...
