Unable to install distros due to register error

OS: Windows 11 22H2 (22621.232) [Distrod][ERROR] Failed to register the distribution. Caused by: Failed: cmd.exe /C wsl --import Distrod %LocalAppData%\Distrod "C:\\Users\\DARKFR~1\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\.tmpwxAIbA\\install.tar.gz"

It does nothing when I try to click resell device

I am on kindle 10th generation on the recommended fw. but clicking Resell device does nothing I can force reboot it and then resell it but after that it does...
