The Adds-on does not added to any 3.3LTS, 3.6LTS and 4.4LTS Blender
Hi,
I downloaded the latest version of the Phobos from the page you provided and tried it with different versions of Blender (3.3LTS, 3.6LTS and 4.4LTS), in UBUNTU 24.04 LTS with no luck. I followed the steps mentioned here very carefully each time, with new mentioned Blender versions. For each attempt with a different version of Blender, I removed the previous one and deleted all leftover files, restarted the system and tried again.
I also downloaded the ZIP file of Blender 3.3.21LTS (the only available version) and extracted it manually in the HOME folder, still no sign of success. The "Adds-on" was added to the "~/.config/blender/addson/phobos" (if I recall it correctly), but did not appear in the "Blender->Edit->Preferences->Addson" list even after a few tries and restarting Blender after each try.
Please advise what I should do.

Sounds like you did everything correctly. Check the output in the terminal during installation. If you want to you can screen record your installation and I will take a look.

Same problem here. I have followed the installation steps detailed here, with the Blender 3.3 LTS versions, as suggested, in Ubuntu 22.04. After running the install_requirements.py within the Blender environment, I have installed the Phobos add-on zip files has indicated. The terminal output is the following one:
