Have `sqlparse_data.json` depend on `fingerprint.txt`

Depending on `fingerprints` makes `make` rebuild `fingerprints.txt` everytime, which in turns rebuilds `sqlparse_data.json`, and `libinjection_sqli_data.h`

Make the round tripper use the dialer's context

this is useful in getting https://pkg.go.dev/net/http/httptrace events related to DNS when using the round tripper to make a request. Other events related to the connection continue not to work.
