hexo deploy问题与及一些插件建议

- 这插件挺好用的，首先要表示感谢！ - `hexo deploy`在我电脑上会出现**ERROR Deployer not found: git**的错误，接着文件就不可以同步(注：本人Window7 64位)，但是直接使用`hexo qiniu s2`可以解决同步上传问题！！不知道这算是问题吗! - 算是插件建议，某些文件我并不写同步到CDN中，比如html文件名，该如何设置好，是否应有个exclude的参数配置项比较好?
