Add @Generated annotation to java code

Task of #1539

Acceptance Criteria

  • Allow @Generated annotation to be added per generation
  • Allow @Generated annotation to be defaulted by .cobigen properties (default = true)
  • Annotations will never be added to classes, but just on methods and fields in order to prevent from custom code to be missed during analysis
