Ability to manage template-sets and template-set status

As a user, I want to be able to manage versions and states of my template-sets so that i can properly scope my configuration and maintain my configuration

Important, all story acceptance criteria is based on core API only

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] The user should get to know the current state of each template set, whether it is already installed, in which version, or even adapted based on which version
• [ ] The user should be able for installed (not adapted) template-sets to automatically update the template-set by one click in the UI
• [ ] The user should be able to uninstall template-sets which are installed (not adapted)
