Provide parameterization of generation as part of the user interface

If cobigen-core provides the possibility to parametrize the generation (#103) additionally to the context variables, we cope with that according to the solution of #103. This potentially includes

• providing a wizard page or pop-up to configure the triggered generation
• handling mandatory parameters differently (if necessary due to resulting implementation of #103)
