NrtmClientFactory getting IllegalStateException (Unexpected response from NRTM server)

Hi, we are using Bootstrap and NRTM as per [documentation](https://github.com/RIPE-NCC/whois/wiki/Setup-a-RIPE-GRS-mirror-using-Bootstrap-and-NRTM).
