I have a question. When I block apple private relay by putting the rules in custom filtering rules the response code in the query log is NXDOMAIN. However when using...
+1 I would really like to see this list added. It is very well maintained and been my daily driver for a while now.

If I run dig it also shows the same. 0.0.0.0 and not NXDomain. 
If I manually add to my custom filtering rules: ! Disable iCloud Private Relay ||mask.icloud.com^$important,dnsrewrite=NXDOMAIN;; ||mask-h2.icloud.com^$important,dnsrewrite=NXDOMAIN;; 
Yes, I believe that maybe the services are not able to process the dns rewrite rules. Should be fixed!
