Sensors are currently set to 5 minutes. I did also go through disabling all other functionality (location, background updates, etc) before I determined that local push was the issue.

I don't see how the above example could work. Tugboat reads config.yml when it builds a preview, so any changes made to the file won't take effect?

This is probably worth calling out specifically in the release notes since it could cause working builds to fail.
