Seems stay off until the windows loading screen pops up, I extended the time in the bios thinking that would help, but it doesn't initialize until windows starts to load....
On 0.9.2 I was able to pair my headset just fine. 0.9.3 I get Pairing... Got SSP... and it hangs there until my headset goes back to sleep.
