Add "Downloading Metadata" Status in QBT

Sometimes, QBT stalls in the status, "downloading metadata" and never exits. Please add support for this status as well.

I'm trying to run autoremove-torrents (ART) as a remotely executed shell command as a workaround for Sonarr, Radarr and Lidarr as these apps don't have any logic to handle stalled...
