Note: you will also need to bump the version in the services json files itself and ensure the validator script still works.

I think if we ever add support for MF capture or Qualcomm encoders we'll rewrite this from scratch anyway. If and when that happens we can add a new module.

That version of OBS is about two years out of date and not an official version. Try again with the latest one, ideally our Flatpak or PPA (if on Ubuntu)....

I've been told that checkboxes are frowned upon, so perhaps if we have to change how the dropdown works for #7010 anyway we could add separate entries for `MP4 (fragmented)`...
